Rumpys Venison Balls

2 lb deer meat

2 eggs

Sleeve of townhouse crackers

2 T brown sugar

1 cup Rumpys choice

Salt n pepper to taste

Half large sweet onion- chopped

In large mixing bowl - whisk eggs, brown sugar, and Rumpys choice.

Add “crushed” sleeve if crackers. Stir

Add chopped onion.

Mix in deer meat with spoon. Add salt and pepper .

Preheat oven 350

9x13 pan

Drop rounded heaping Tbs of meatballs in un-greased pan. Typical 15-20 count.

45-60 minutes depending on size of balls.

Top each ball with a spoonful of ketchup immediately after you drain excess grease if needed. Set aside or serve immediately!
