Sherri's Cornbread
2 Jiffy corn muffin box
1 cup milk
2 eggs
I stick of salted butter
1/2 cup Rumpys choice
(I use sweet)
Preheat oven 350
Cut butter stick in half- placing half into 8x8 pan and putting in oven while pre-heating
Whisk milk, eggs and Rumpys Pepper Spread together in bowl
Add muffin mixes and “fork” stir making sure lumps are gone.
Set until oven is pre heated.
Place in pan with hot butter- baking 39-40 minutes until golden brown edges and middle is split.
Rub rest of butter over top immediately after done baking.
Serve with ham and beans
